Leviton has designed portable and residential electric car charging stations that can be unplugged from wall AC socket to take it outdoor. Leviton’s Evr-Green 320 and Evr-Green 160 are Level 2 Home Charging Stations received Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® (UL) Listing for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) in the United States and Canada. Evr-Green 320 is a 32Amp charging station and Evr-Green 160 is a 16Amp charging station.

Residential Electric Car Charging StationEvr-Green 160: Provides 3.8kW output (16A @ 240V), enough to add about 15 miles of range for every hour of charging. The 160 plugs into an individual 20A circuit and uses a standard NEMA 6-20R receptacle. Evr-Green 320: Provides 7.7kW output (32A @ 240V), enough to add about 30 miles of range for every hour of charging. The 320 plugs into an individual 40A circuit and uses a standard NEMA 6-50R receptacle.

Leviton provides the charging stations as well as installation by certified contractors and extensive customer service. Evr-Green chargers comply with all industry standards, are backed by the industry’s only ten-year warranty, and are compatible with all the major EV manufacturers.

The Leviton Evr- Green™ line of EVSEs includes Level 1 and Level 2 residential charging stations. The Evr-Green Level 1 portable cord set empowers consumers to charge their EV anywhere a standard outlet is available. Leviton also has developed a unique receptacle for EV owners to plug in their Level 1 cord set. In addition, Leviton’s Level 2 residential charging stations range from 16Amp to 32Amp charging levels. Both Level 1 and 2 EVSEs have SAE J1772™ connectors that are compatible with all North American plug in vehicles. Leviton will also provide a wide range of “smart” options and features for their residential products.
